Griselda Vintage is a New York-based fashion studio specializing in luxury denim alterations, garment reconstruction, original design, and curated vintage.
Founded by fashion designer and tailor Fania Ferdinand, the studio brings a designer's eye and technical approach to the way clothing fits, functions, and evolves.
Fania studied fashion design in New York City and built her technical foundation in patternmaking, garment construction, and tailoring. Her experience includes specialized denim tailoring with Adriano Goldschmied, where she developed extensive knowledge of premium denim and original-hem alteration techniques.
Her work later expanded into entertainment wardrobe, including touring wardrobe for Janet Jackson, where precision, movement, and durability were essential.
Today, Griselda Vintage brings that same attention to detail to everyday wardrobes.
Our denim services focus on fit refinement, reconstruction, and thoughtful alteration of premium, designer, and vintage denim. Alongside the Denim Studio, Griselda Vintage creates original garments and one-of-a-kind remakes, while curating a selection of vintage and designer pieces.
