For clients requiring precise, single-focus adjustments to their denim.
  • The Original Hem | $45
    • Our signature hem adjustment. We shorten your jeans using a precision surgical-seam method that completely preserves the authentic, factory-distressed finish and original stitching of your bottom hem.
  • The Split Hem | $65
    • An off-duty, specialized alteration that opens up the bottom outseams to create an architectural, relaxed drop over your footwear. Secured with reinforced heavy-thread bartacks.
  • The True Flare | Starting at $95
    • A full flare conversion using a custom fabric insert. We open the leg seam, set in the insert, and finish it so the leg falls in an even flare from the knee down. Insert fabric options confirmed at your fitting.
  • The Road Repair | Starting at $55
    • Instead of stiff patches, we use professional costume-department darning and backing techniques to structurally reinforce crotch blowouts and pocket tears, maintaining a fluid, comfortable feel.

      • Private 1-on-1 Studio Fitting in our Bushwick showroom.
      • The Waist & Seat Contour to fully deconstruct the waistband, remove belt loops/branding patches, eliminate the back-gap, and seamlessly rebuild the yoke to your exact waist-to-hip ratio.
      • The Architectural Leg Taper to reshape the legs into a balanced slim, straight, or custom barrel silhouette from the inside seams.
      • The Original Hem tailored precisely to your favorite footwear.

03 / Archive Reconstruction
  • The Full Downsize | $250+
    • For extreme transformations. If you found a rare pair of vintage 100% cotton Levi's that are 3+ sizes too big, we completely cut them apart, re-scale every panel (waist, hips, thighs, and pockets), and rebuild them to replicate your perfect fit. Price determined upon consultation.

Phase 1: Secure Your Booking
Select your service line online and book a private session at our Bushwick, NYC studio. We operate strictly by appointment to ensure you receive undivided, master-level design attention.

Phase 2: The Studio Fitting & Preparation
Come to our studio for your 1-on-1 pinning session.
  • Essential Step: You must bring the exact shoes you plan on wearing most frequently with the denim so we can gauge the break and drop of the hem perfectly.
  • Pro-Tip: We highly recommend bringing a favorite "reference pair" of jeans from your personal closet that already fits you exactly how you like in the waist or seat.

Phase 3: The Reconstruction
Your denim enters the design room. Because we utilize historical, premium-tier tailoring methods rather than fast-turnaround alterations, our standard studio window is 2 to 3 weeks. We will notify you the second your sculpt is complete for showroom pickup or priority shipping.
